Become a Case Manager for Survivors of Violence with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in Richmond. This temporary full time role focuses on providing essential support to vulnerable populations. In this impactful position, you will connect clients, such as newcomer women and single parents, to vital employment and training prospects while managing a structured caseload.
Your work will involve proactive assessment of client needs, innovative action planning, and coordination of services to uplift those affected by violence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a comprehensive client caseload efficiently
Assess and create personal action plans for clients
Utilize ICM software for effective case tracking
Implement Client Needs Assessments effectively
Provide access to training and community resources Requirements:
Experience in case management or relevant counseling
Bachelor’s degree or relevant combination of education
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Transparent screening for working with vulnerable populations Contribute to restoring hope for survivors of violence through dedicated case management support at S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
