We are looking for a reliable, dedicated team member to join our busy oilfield service company. We specialize in loading friction-reducing powder into bulkers for delivery to oilfield sites. Our work workplace is quick-paced, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and works well in a small team.

Key Responsibilities
Load friction-reducing powder into bulkers to be sent off to oilfield sites.
Receive and unload skids from freight trucks.
Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and deliveries.
Work effectively as part of a small team, ensuring smooth operations.
Share in rotating overtime shifts as required.
Adapt to changing plans and priorities, as schedules may shift every 5 minutes.

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Willingness to receive all necessary training (training will be provided).
Forklift and First Aid certifications are an asset but are not required.




Ability to work well in a small team with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to adjust to changing plans and priorities as needed.

Schedule:
Set days off: Wednesday and Thursday.
Workdays: Friday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime may be required and will be shared equally among the team.

Compensation & Advantages:
Starting wage: $21/hr.
Two weeks of vacation after one year of employment.
Perks (with no cost for premiums) after 3 months of employment.
Annual performance-based bonuses.
