Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruitment effectiveness. In this impactful position, you will work closely with hiring managers to facilitate successful recruitment journeys.

You’ll take charge of the full-cycle recruitment process while utilizing insights and data to inform your strategies. By fostering solid partnerships and ensuring a positive candidate journey, you will contribute to Riverside's ambitious growth goals by 2030. Key Responsibilities:
Drive full-cycle recruitment across client groups
Establish and manage relationships with recruitment partners




Develop tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles
Provide insights and trends to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes Requirements:
2–4 years of talent acquisition experience
Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment
Robust proficiency in contemporary ATS and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree or HR Management certification
