Key responsibilities include cleaning washrooms, vacuuming hallways, and ensuring all areas are secure for students and visitors. The position involves minor repairs and responding to emergency situations swiftly to maintain a clean and protected setting. Key Responsibilities:
Clean classrooms, offices, and common areas thoroughly
Deep clean carpets when required on the cleaning crew
Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed
Manage waste and recycling through proper disposal
Attend to snow and ice removal in winter months Requirements:
Building Service Worker (BSW) certificate needed
Valid BC Driver’s License is a must
Must handle snow removal tasks during winter
Relevant custodial experience is an asset
Candidates must pass a Criminal Records Search Ensure safety and cleanliness in schools while becoming a valuable asset to Surrey Schools.
