Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Solid process documentation and procedural writing experience.
Ability to independently gather requirements and document processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Financial services/banking background. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Treasury, Liquidity Management, Market Risk, or Capital Markets experience.
Understanding of cash movement, liquidity reporting, or intraday liquidity concepts.
Experience working within regulatory, controls, or operational process environments.
Insight Global is seeking a candidate to join a leading bank in Toronto on a hybrid basis. The project is an intraday liquidity transformation, moving to near real-time reporting. This regulatory initiative requires extensive updates to operational procedures, and documentation across Corporate Treasury and Market Risk.
Responsibilities • Document and update approximately 37 operational procedures impacted by the current intraday liquidity platform.
Work with first and second line of defence stakeholders to capture and validate current and future-state processes.
Translate complex business processes into transparent, user-friendly procedural documentation.
Support regulatory, controls, and audit-ready documentation requirements.
Facilitate discussions with SMEs and ask the right questions to gather required information.
Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across procedures. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. Pay range for this role is between $56/hr - 64/hr CAD. *This role is an existing vacancy.
