Prepare AR invoices and ensure tax compliance
Conduct collections communications and bank reconciliations
Engage in month-end close processes and account tasks
Perform monthly inventory counts and reconciliations
Support compliance with Canadian and US tax regulations Requirements:
4+ years in accounting, covering AR and AP
Familiarity with Odoo or equivalent ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
Knowledge of Canadian sales tax regulations
