You will work with various teams to ensure projects are executed per RONA’s specifications while leading the Merchandising Service Associates. Your focus will also include the management of resources and effective communication with corporate teams about project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute store merchandising projects
Lead and train a team of Merchandising Service Associates
Ensure compliance with RONA’s merchandising policies
Manage project documentation and updates
Identify solutions for merchandising issues across stores Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years customer service experience required
One year team leadership experience needed
Knowledge of merchandising and retail practices
