Workers will leverage their lived experiences to connect with clients, ensuring a nurturing setting. Transportation between sites may be required, emphasizing the importance of a valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with various health professionals for client service
Design and deliver individualized support plans
Ensure adherence to best practices in safety and quality
Utilize electronic file systems to document service delivery
Foster positive relationships with clients throughout support Requirements:
Must have a Community Mental Health Certificate
Past involvement with mental health services is essential
BC Class 5 Driver's License required
Proven experience working with vulnerable populations
