Description The Chance
Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, Eastern Region, you are responsible for reflecting a positive and skilled image of the company by providing exceptional customer service on the phone, in person at reception and in writing. This position is fully office-based and requires attendance in the office five days per week. Work from home is not available for this role.
What to Expect
Answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors with courtesy.
Categorize Intake cases for multiple case transactions, enabling routing to the appropriate business function.
Completing form letters and other correspondence, in accordance with standards.
Verifying and/or proceeding with data entry of different documents.
Updating various lists.
Assisting staff with telephone reliability.
Preparing and/or sorting mail.
Handling other duties promoting the achievement of customer service and business goals.

Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
Perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure.
Self-sufficient, diligent and take initiative.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma required.
5 to 10 years of experience as receptionist
Preference will be given to candidates with previous administrative / reception support.
Familiarity with Windows environment, including Intermediate MS Word and Excel.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,900
High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
