Summary

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives. This role focuses on advanced Apex development, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and contributing to complex technical solutions within a regulated, large-scale setting. This is a 6 month contract to start with robust possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components
Build and optimize integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
Support CI/CD workflows using Git-based pipelines or Copado
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards

Required Experience
6–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience




Deep proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and governor limit management
Strong experience building integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft is an asset)
Background working in enterprise or regulated settings
Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Strong communication skills and comfort working with business stakeholders and technical leaders

Nice to Have
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks

Location Toronto / GTA. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

Contract Type Full-time hours (37.5), consulting engagement.
