What you will do:

- Responsibility for oversight of financial process and inventory controls within the ERP workplace.
- Day to day oversight of inventory accounting, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring all product movements and cost allocations are accurately captured in the system.
- Invoicing, payables and receivables.
- Review all financial transactions, preparation of management reports, budgeting and forecasting.
- Accountability for remittance of taxes (source deductions, excise tax and HST).
- Oversight of payroll through QuickBooks platform.
- Collaboration with cross functional groups, such as Operations, to ensure data alignment with financials.
- ERP related activities including monitoring data integrity, workflow design and improvements, controls implementations and audit checks, and user training.





What you will need:

- 5+ years in a lead finance position
- Strong finance and accounting skills (including inventory accounting, cost analysis and reconciliation)
- Experience managing ERP Systems and integrated modules
- Proven ability on data reporting, analysis and proficiency with spreadsheets and tools.
- Bachelors' degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) is an asset but not mandatory

Salary Range of $90,000-$100,000 per annum

This is an onsite position, Monday - Thursday (7:30am-6pm) with Fridays off.
