The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is actively recruiting for a Physician Assistant (PA) to support a diverse patient population in Calgary’s northeast. You will work alongside a supportive team of Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and involves participating in labor and delivery, gynecologic surgeries, and providing care for admitted patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in labor/delivery and gynecologic surgeries
• Conduct comprehensive women’s health examinations




• Create and communicate patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support patients with acute gynecologic conditions
Requirements:
• Completed recognized Physician Assistant Program
• Active registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
• BCLS certification
• Strong communication skills in patient-centered care
• Ability to perform basic technical procedures
