We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs for high-profile clients. You’ll bring strategic insight, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

Your Background
7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment.




Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
Solid stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively.
Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; robust analytical skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset.
