We are seeking a dependable and skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, physically capable, and eager to contribute to various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical skills, work in a quick-paced environment, and be part of a dedicated team committed to quality and safety.

Applicants should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Assist with construction, repair, or maintenance tasks according to project specifications
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, or organizing materials
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work setting
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials




Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

Skills
Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Solid work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery (training provided if necessary)
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not mandatory
Prior 3 years experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments

Candidates who are motivated, hardworking, and safety-conscious will thrive in this role. Pay: $26.50-$28.50 per hour
