RBC Capital Markets is seeking an Automation Analyst & Developer to assess sponsor needs and design automated solutions, with emphasis on RPA using Blue Prism. You will map processes, document requirements, and support testing and implementation with automation leads and stakeholders.

The role requires 1–2 years in RPA development, robust .NET or equivalent frameworks, SDLC understanding, and excellent communication.
