Reporting directly to the Manager of Ambulatory Surgical Care, your role will be integral in processing current and follow-up appointments in the Orthopaedic Clinic.

Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, coordinating departmental schedules, and ensuring accurate patient records. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments for the Orthopaedic Clinic
Provide general support, including filing and data entry
Execute reminder calls for upcoming appointments
Participate in clinic efficiency discussions
Maintain office supplies as needed Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
Previous scheduling experience in health care preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology needed
Proficiency with MS Office and Meditech essential
