A leading healthcare provider seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for a virtual position, focusing on patient care and safety. You'll work under the supervision of the Pharmacy Site Coordinator and provide clinical pharmacy services remotely. Ideal candidates are licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and have completed an Accredited Pharmacy Residency.

This role requires solid communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team. A rotating schedule allows flexibility with patient interactions.
