Senior Program Manager

Tamanna Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide programs within Financial Crime, including AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, and Regulatory Compliance. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Financial Crime initiatives.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Partner with business, technology, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance, and executive reporting.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
Identify and mitigate program risks while managing competing priorities.
Champion best practices in program governance and delivery.

Required Qualifications




10+ years of Program Management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience leading Financial Crime initiatives, including one or more of:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Know Your Customer (KYC)
Fraud Prevention
Sanctions
Financial Crime Compliance
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance programs.
Experience delivering complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
PMP certification is considered an asset.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with Tier 1 Canadian financial institutions.
Robust understanding of enterprise governance and regulatory programs.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced setting.
