Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Benefits and leave administration
- HR policy development and compliance
- Training and development coordination
- Safety program support
- Maintain HR records and reporting
- Process payroll through Payworks

Qualifications, skills and experience

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- CPHR designation (or working toward) is an asset




- 3+ years of progressive HR experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation
- Excellent communication
- organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive working relationships
