Fraser Health Authority in Recent Westminster, BC, seeks a Casual Outreach Support Worker, Community Mental Health to join our MH&SUS; team. This role focuses on outreach services, life skills coaching, advocacy, and coordinated care for clients with mental health and substance use needs.

Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you will support clients and families, promote independence, and collaborate with community agencies to ensure comprehensive care in a dynamic health-care setting.
