We are a strength & conditioning facility offering group training, personal training, and youth athlete development. Our members are highly engaged in their health—ranging from general population clients committed to maintenance, to injury rehab, to athletes focused on performance.

Responsibilities
Provide individualized massage treatments (recovery, injury, performance-focused)




Assess client needs and create treatment plans aligned with their training
Educate clients on recovery and ongoing care
Maintain accurate client notes and a clean treatment space
Collaborate with coaches/trainers when appropriate

Requirements
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing (or recent grad)
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in working with active individuals and athletes
Self-motivated with a desire to grow your own client base
