Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus Scheme and Welcome Bonus

Do you have the experience to lead a children’s residential home while maintaining solid, consistent standards across care, compliance and team performance? This role requires a Registered Manager who understands how to balance leadership, accountability and day‑to‑day operational oversight within a structured workplace.

You will be responsible for a children’s home, supporting children and young people. The service is supported by an established management team, providing the structure and guidance needed to maintain and build on current standards.

What You’ll Need
Proven senior experience within children’s residential care – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)




Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
Solid knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Do
Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the children’s residential home
Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
Ensure the home remains inspection‑ready in line with Ofsted expectations
Lead, support and develop the staff team
Oversee care planning and ensure outcomes for young people are met
