Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports
Complete bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

Engage in the annual budget process and year-end reconciliations Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
Knowledge of property management is advantageous
