Energy is currently hiring a Dispatcher who will work closely with the Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently dispatching propane deliveries, coordinating with drivers, and responding to customer service inquiries. Robust computer skills and experience in dispatching will be crucial for managing daily operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee delivery demands by coordinating with drivers
Manage ticket selection and scheduling in CUE software
Produce and analyze various operational reports
Facilitate training on CUE delivery tools for staff
Handle weekend customer service inquiries efficiently Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching/logistics preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Required: background in customer service
Asset: experience in qualified driving or dispatching
Knowledge of Liquid Fuels Handling Code is beneficial Contribute to a successful team dedicated to reliable propane delivery at Avenir Energy.
