Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformances, and quality metrics to facilitate ongoing monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve production processes.




Support calibration activities for measurement equipment to ensure accuracy in inspections.

Experience
Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality management or quality control roles.
Solid analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues promptly.
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices.
Hands-on experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the importance of quality inspection within production workflows.
Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
