Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for producers regarding questions, concerns and escalations
Coach the team on processes, retention methods, and attracting recent business
Resolve escalations
Work closely with CSR’s to increase sales and retention
Understand and advise on risk appetites
Build strong relationships with insurance markets

Qualifications
Previous experience in an insurance brokerage is required
RIBO License in positive standing required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the insurance industry
Robust understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance




Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanour
A business background would be an asset
