You will proactively inspect containers and manage transactions using Encorp’s point-of-return system. Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the Return-It facility
Process returns through RVMs and automated systems
Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate shipments
Address customer inquiries and explain environmental advantages Requirements:
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and move materials
Knowledge of environmental sustainability is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent required Excel in customer relations while promoting sustainability as a Return-It Customer Service Specialist.
