Implement patient care plans and assess their effectiveness
Administer medication and document all treatments




Facilitate care conferences and coordinate with healthcare teams
Respond to changes in patient conditions proactively
Support staff by teaching and delegating tasks Requirements:
Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience working with seniors and unregulated caregivers
Excellent time management and care coordination skills
Current certification in First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support
