As a Business Analyst at Dollarama, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to define business problems and construct AI-driven solutions using tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Your efforts will directly impact how teams function across over 1,700 stores nationwide, facilitating a shift in how organization processes data and implements solutions. You will contribute to design, testing, and adoption to ensure successful deployment and usage of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs and functional specifications • Design AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate • Support the delivery process and define testing criteria • Develop governance documents and progress presentations • Aid change management by coordinating training and communications

Requirements: • 1-3 years’ experience in business analysis or related fields • Bachelor's in engineering or information technology • Familiarity with AI automation tools is a plus • Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholder engagement
