Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines according to P&WC; quality and engineering standards.
Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI), which provide assemblers with guidance on standard work procedures.
Support CVIS programming and programming of the data plate machine (ROFFIN).
Support the implementation and programming of TMS (Torque Measuring System).
Participate in PFMEA/PFMEAS activities and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
Ensure assembly and testing processes meet applicable quality, engineering, and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
1+ year of experience in assembling and testing modules and/or engines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Mechanical Engineering Technician experience/education may also be considered.
Must be fluent in French.
Experience with assembly process planning is preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Due to project restrictions, candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Must be willing and able to work onsite in Mirabel, Quebec.
