As a part-time pharmacist, you will operate in a fully digital healthcare setting, managing tasks that include clinical pharmacy services and drug therapies. Availability for rotating shifts will be necessary to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure secure medication distribution to clinical units
Review physician orders and maintain patient medication profiles
Perform prescription verification in the MEDITECH system
Mentor pharmacy students and interns
Carry out other pharmacy responsibilities as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred
Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Hospital experience in related areas desired
Capable of managing wide-ranging workloads effectively
