Become a key player at Fundserv as a Recruitment Specialist, overseeing the recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles. Attract and engage talented candidates while representing our employer brand. In this position, you will lead the complete recruitment journey from job posting to candidate offer.

Working in tandem with hiring managers and the HR team, you will assess and source candidates, delivering a welcoming candidate experience. You’ll also maintain candidate data within the Dayforce ATS, ensuring privacy and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes across departments
