Your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate project financials across diverse construction projects. As a Project Costing Analyst, you will manage job setups in Sage and ensure cost data is up-to-date. With 3 to 5 years in project costing, you will interact with project managers and help streamline their financial operations. Your detail-oriented approach will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain job setups and updates in Sage
Troubleshoot setup issues and errors in Sage
Work with PMs on financial forecasts and updates
Prepare budget reports and WIP inputs regularly
Document costing workflows for internal use Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience in project costing
Proficiency in Sage 300 CRE or similar software
Advanced Excel capabilities for financial metrics
Competence in reading budgets and client documents
