Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to legal and safety standards
Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions
Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical compounding is preferred
Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies and adjust treatments as necessary under protocol
Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and treatment plans




Collaborate with medical teams to develop and review patient care plans involving pharmaceutical interventions
Educate patients on proper medication use, storage, and potential adverse effects to promote adherence and safety

Skills
Proven experience working in community pharmacy is recommended
Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to hospital settings and medication protocols
Expertise in medication administration techniques ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
