The role requires a robust blend of application support expertise, Capital Markets operations knowledge, reconciliation process understanding, and incident management capabilities. The analyst will act as the highest level of application support, driving issue resolution, root cause analysis, automation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams. Lead discussions during major incidents and production outages.
Partner with business users to analyze reconciliation exceptions.

Delivery & Operational Excellence, Production Support
Provide Level-3 support for IntelliMatch, Xceptor applications.
Ensure adherence to SLA and KPI commitments for incident, problem and change management.
Monitor reconciliation processes and critical business workflows.
Manage priority incidents, production outages, and reconciliation breaks impacting Capital Markets operations.
Coordinate recovery efforts and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
