Provide nursing care using evidence-based practices
Delegate care activities to other staff members
Ensure professional accountability in nursing duties
Assume preceptor and charge nurse responsibilities when applicable
Collaborate within a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes Requirements:
At least 2 years RN experience is essential
1 year of Operating Room expertise preferred
BLS and RN certifications required
ACLS certification may be required based on role
