Midway Mazda in South Surrey requires a Full Time Receptionist. We are a family owned current car dealership that has been serving the South Surrey and White Rock area for the last 30 years.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Duties include
Answering and directing phone calls on a multi line phone system.
Greeting and directing walk in customers to the appropriate departments and personnel.
Entering information into our dealer management software as well as filling in web forms.
Generating key tags and window stickers for vehicles.
Stocking in vehicles into our dealer management software
Inputting customer and vehicle sales information into Mazda's web portal.
Customer satisfaction follow up calls
General filing
Recording sales people's hours
Stocking the coffee machine and supervising coffee vendor deliveries.
Keeping customer lounge tidy and general tidying of the showroom displays, brochure racks, etc.
Light bookkeeping.
Other duties as may reasonably be required of the position.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
