Establish academic leadership and operational oversight
Guide curriculum development aligned with Ontario standards
Mentor and evaluate staff performance regularly
Actively engage families and support enrollment strategies
Take part in strategic planning for educational goals Requirements:
Principal Qualification Program Parts 1 and 2 completed
Leadership experience in educational settings
Awareness of First Nation cultural values and traditions
Transparent Police Vulnerable Persons Check is a must
Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract Contribute to a meaningful educational journey for students at Garden River First Nation.
