Support cutting-edge simulation technology as a Purchasing & Material Administrator. This role emphasizes parts procurement and inventory control in a quick-paced workplace. In the Simulation Product Group, you will report to the Director of Manufacturing & Assembly and play a key role in managing parts and materials.

Your experience in purchasing and inventory management will contribute to our operational success and support the assembly of high-quality simulators. Attention to detail will ensure procurement accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers for parts and services
Create and manage RFQs and POs in relevant software
Communicate with suppliers to ensure effective procurement
Inspect parts upon receipt using the corporate system
Oversee inventory levels and fulfill order requests Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
1 year experience in purchasing or inventory roles
Asset experience with ERP systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
