Contribute to Edmonton’s urban development as a Planner I within the Subdivision and Development Coordination unit. Engage in managing subdivision applications while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. In this Planner I role, you will oversee the processing of subdivision land development applications, ensuring they meet municipal and provincial standards.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and minimum two years of experience in land use planning will be preferred. This role emphasizes project management and technical resource coordination to support effective land development. Key Responsibilities:
Process subdivision applications per applicable regulations
Collect and facilitate multidisciplinary reviews




Serve as the applicant's main contact
Prepare technical documents for the Subdivision Authority
Conduct site evaluations and represent decisions at hearings Requirements:
