Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and quality standards
Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and maintaining stock levels
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health and safety standards
Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or during dine-in service




Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
