This full time role based in Montreal features work from home flexibility. As the Program Manager, you will guide the implementation and oversight of a significant global grantmaking portfolio.

This role emphasizes managing partnerships, supervising grantmaking teams, and ensuring compliance with all funding requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing capacities and fostering collaboration among grantee organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the CLARIFI grantmaking lifecycle from proposal to closeout
Supervise grant prioritization and ensure strategic governance




Oversee accurate financial tracking and compliance practices
Coordinate with monitoring and evaluation teams
Support partners in grant management and reporting Requirements:
