The successful candidate will be able to work well within the team and be willing to work a mixed shift pattern including days and nights across the whole week. They will have demonstrable relevant post registration experience with a relevant accredited course for Paediatric Critical Care. They will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent clinical and communication skills, with an ability to lead and motivate others.
They will also enjoy teaching and supporting junior staff as well as pre and post registration students. Please see attached and Person Specification for full details of the role.
