• Perform requirements analysis and allocation for multi-stakeholder projects • Collaborate on system and subsystem design drafts for approval • Generate engineering artefacts for project lifecycle gate reviews • Lead the integration of subcontracted subsystems into solutions • Support continuous improvement initiatives for engineering practices

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering • Post-secondary degree in Engineering or relevant field • Familiarity with requirement management tools like DOORS • Experience with MBSE tools, such as MagicDraw • Eligibility for Canadian security clearance
