The salary range for this position is CAD $28.74/Hr.Job SummaryAmbulatory Data/Booking Clerk responsibilities include scheduling and booking a variety of client/patient appointments, follow‑up visits, tests, and referrals to other physicians or hospitals; preparing and confirming the accuracy of client/patient information; entering data into several separate databases such as PCIS, FoxPro, Renal Soft, and PROMIS; updating statistics on client/patient attendance; performing data reconciliation as required; and preparing statistical reports at the request of the Manager or other team member. Duties also involve clerical functions such as typing technical and non‑technical materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database software; answering the phone andresponding to routine messages or forwarding callers to appropriate personnel; and maintaining departmental equipment, supplies, and filing systems.Education and ExperienceGrade 12, two (2) years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Knowledge and AbilitiesAbility to keyboard at 45 wpm.Ability to operate related equipment.Ability to deal with others effectively.Knowledge of medical terminology.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to organize work.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.Work Hours and ConditionsThe hours of work,
