Conduct age-appropriate activities that foster learning
Consult with mothers on child engagement and development
Adhere to behavior management policies
Record client interactions in necessary documentation
Ensure play areas and toys are safe for children Requirements:
Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate required
2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
Certifications in First Aid and ongoing training
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
