Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Software Development.
Strong backend development experience with Java.
Frontend development experience with Angular.
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience supporting applications in AWS environments.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing and supporting multiple applications simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working within large enterprise environments.
