Support the development of adults with diverse abilities as a Community Support Worker at Mosaic in Merritt, BC. In your position, you will provide recreational and personal care support, promote skill development, and help individuals achieve their goals within their community.

You will collaborate closely with clients, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities:
Engage clients in various recreational activities
Assist in meal preparation and secure food handling
Support mobility needs for clients
Monitor and assist with personal health care
Implement and assess individual support plans Requirements:
Community Support Worker Certificate or diploma is an asset
At least one year of relevant experience required
BC Class 4 Driver's License or willingness to obtain
