This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics for various events, from donor gatherings to strategic panels. Work from Washington, DC in a hybrid role or fully remotely from Ottawa, Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan events with cross-functional advocacy teams
Handle logistics for donor events, panels, and retreats
Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts




Oversee in office execution and communication with attendees
Support research and outreach to potential partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in event coordination
Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
Robust communication skills crossing teams and external partners
Experience with event management software and tools
