This role within the AI Model Validation & Governance department is crucial for implementing and operationalizing AI governance processes. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, pushing forward the development of capabilities that support Manulife’s Responsible AI objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of AI governance initiatives
Maintain project plans and record risks and issues
Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress
Lead user acceptance testing and defect management
Drive adoption of governance tools across business units Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology
5+ years in project management or transformation
Experience with AI governance tools
Solid communication skills
